elbows, feet and knees, and includes passive yoga poses and breathing.
Thai massage practitioners move their client into various poses and massage specific points within the body (acupoints) to release blockages in the body's energy lines and
stimulate the energy flow, increasing flexibility and releasing stress and tension.
Loose clothing should be worn whilst receiving the massage.
The 1-hour massage will include head, neck, shoulders, face, arms and legs.
